The funniest thing of all is that people actually thought Kentucky could win at MSU

What win does Clemson have that's comparable to the butt kicking they just laid on ND?

Just heard a really hard to believe stat tonight was the first time in the Saban era that Alabama has gave up 3 rushing touchdowns.

Clemson is already in the top 4 so it doesn't make much sense to jump Miami over them from the 7 spot. It doesn't matter though...they will be playing each other in a few weeks and one of them will be left out.

Bama showed as much mental as physical toughness in winning this game.

Alabama is No. 1. Hands down. That was a bigtime win at Mississippi State.

The committee doesn't operate like the polls do. They start with a clean slate every week as new data is entered. I would be shocked if Miami isn't ahead of Clemson.

Either way...they are going to have to play Clemson. Unless things get crazy, the winner of that game is in and the loser is out.

I don't think so. That's why I think it's important where they rank Miami this week because now the ACC is in a position where they could get 2 teams in.

In a game that could have gone either way. Miami just throttled ND.

I understand that, but it is every bit as quality a win.

Quality of the opponent? Yes. Quality of the win? No. Miami's win overall was better. Couple that with the big donut in the loss column and I don't see how a reasonable person could put Clemson ahead of Miami at this point.
