Even with a 24-6 final, it seemed like a Bama beatdown. Roll Tide, Beat Dawgs

Yep. Never seemed close at any point. Sets up a pretty awesome final.

Clemson I believe has a better team outside of the QB position than they did last year. But when Bama believes you are a 1 dimensional team and you do nothing to prove them otherwise it’s lights out. Dabo needs to have an honest QB competition next year betweenness Bryant, RS Freshman Hunter Johnson, and True Freshmen Trevor Lawrence. Both are better passers than Bryant but aren’t as mobile.

I don't think they were as good at running back this year, either.

Gallman gave them a little bit more than they got this year, but with Bryant being a better runner than Watson I think it was a wash in the running department between this year and last. I think it truly came down to Bryant’s inability to throw the ball.

Watson was gonna be a pro bowl qb before his injury.....HE is the difference.

Complete dominance. I won't be too surprised with more points but a similar result next week.

Oh, and the demise of SEC football has been greatly exaggerated.

Just because Bama and Georgia May be the 2 best teams in the country doesn’t mean the rest of the conference isn’t dog crap.

I just want a defensive line like Bama has for one four year stretch. Just once.

Except the rest of the league isn't crap. That's false.

They're like every conference...they have really good teams, good teams, ok teams, and garbage teams. By your criteria the Big 10 is 3-4 good teams and the rest are dog crap. Hell UK played the 4th best team in the Big 10 to a 1 point game.

When the Bama defensive lineman intercepted the ball and then tucked it and started running like a running back, I thought to myself that we don't see players with those skills around these parts very often. Then he catches a TD pass on a beautifully designed play. Credit to 66-year old Saban for running that play. Michel and Chubb are fun to watch. I think Bama needs to contain them to win---obviously.
Prior to the Bama-Clemson game, one commentator gave the edge to Bama because their QB has been tested in playoff games and Clemson's has not. Could that same line of thinking apply in the NC game? I can't make a pick now.....have to think about it more. I'm hoping for a classic.
