NKU 5 for 12 from the line. 3 for first 20 and then 4 for 9 to finish 7 for 29 from Three. That's the summary of what could have been.

Another what if game. Hopefully these lumps will teach them how to finish when it matters most.

Nice job NKU - it was exciting those last few minutes!

I didnt get to see any of the game but was pretty impressed to turn on my radio and hear that it was a tie ball game with 7 minutes to go.

It was an ugly game. Neither team played well but NKU looked tired and sloppy but hung in until the end. Turnovers in last minute are never good but really hurt the upset attempt.

Just an awful, ugly game by both teams. NKU scored 12 in the first 5 minutes and was dreadful after that. A&M missing three players, including Williams.

NKU appeared to have heavy legs. 15/40 from their three top scorers, a slash line of 36/25/42 for the Norse.

Didnít watch the game, but were the shots good shots? (No excuse for the freebies)

A&M was missing their horse, but still very impressive to battle the #8 team in the country at their place the way the Norse did. I don't think the lead every got to more than 7-8 points.

It was a brick laying contest. Neither team could hit the broad side of a barn, especially in the 1st half. NKU shot 36.5% for the game, A&M 37.1%.

They were good, just weren't falling.

This game was as described, UGLY!

On a side note what happened with Lavonne Holland? He looks like a totally different guy this year. Not finishing, no spark.

Why was A&M missing their best player? Injury, suspension?

    Concussion protocol, I believe.

    ..p..

Playing a game in Baltimore on Sunday and one in College Station on Tuesday can do that.

NKU missed a great opportunity. But shooting from the outside will be their Achilles heel. Doubt that anyone in their conference will play anything but a zone against them.
