    Richmond 66 Davidson 63

Richmond (8-14,6-3 A-10) forced 17 Davidson (10-9,5-3 A-10) 8 more than they averaged on the year. This gives Richmond sole possession of 2nd place in the conference.

Richmond was led by Freshman Grant Golden(Winchester, Va)24 points and and five boards. He struggled again at the free throw line going 0-4. Fellow Freshman Jacob Gilyard(Kansas City, MO) had 14 points. Overall the Spiders shot 49.1% from the field. As far as the bench goes 4 players played and they combined to score just 4 points.

Its weird and hard to watch Davidson play, when they are not very good. Today was another horrendous performance by the Wildcats. Hitting just 46% of their shots, including a cold 31.8% from the three point line. Leading the Wildcats in defeat was,Jon Axel Gudmundsson(Grindavik, Iceland) 21 points,6 rebounds and 4 assist. Next up was,Peyton Aldridge(Leavittsburg, OH) 18 points and 5 rebounds. Only 3 bench players got into the game and they scored just 5 points.
