Not gonna lie. It sucked watching UK lose today and I loved seeing Duke lose.

With that said. IMO, one of the best Elite 8's I can remember watching in a long time.

Duke had lived dangerously the last two games. It’s tough to win that many tight ones.
Especially when you don’t shoot it that well to begin with.

I also did not realize that Duke has not been to the Final 4 since Kentucky was last there in 2015.

I can't believe the media made negative comment towards the Duke program!
Actual quote from CBS's Jim Nantz "The one and done era is not bringing championships" other than the 2012 Kentucky and the 2015 Duke teams.

Would I? Maybe for you but I guarantee there are some that fit that scenario.

Late February and March this year was just weird.

Duke, Tennessee, Kentucky and Gonzaga all had bad losses or injuries that changed the landscape of college basketball even before the tournament started. Teams like Michigan State, Auburn faced similar adversity but rose to the occasion. Just a wild year for college basketball.

Hell, back in August UK looked like the runaway favorite well before the season even started.

Also making 17 turnovers and not sure how many people realized this but Duke got outscored 15-0 today in fastbreak points.

I agree I think this is probably the best overall one (even though the Cats lost) for just great basketball games that I can remember.

I'm sad UK didn't make the final 4. At least duke and their big 3 Didn't make it after the national media talked them up all season.
