Cannot argue that the forfeiture wasn't well justified. More flabbergasted with the pass UNC got because the bogus classes were offered to general pop, not just scholarship athletes. Seems like if McGee's strippers had danced in front of a more broadly based student group there would have been no special privileges and no violation according to the NCAA logic.
