Despite the incredibly unfair late tip time, the Cats will have this one in the bag very early.

To be fair the tip time does favor UCLA, since that is normally 640 for them out West.

My initial thought is UCLA will out shoot them. Bam needs need to own the paint and will need major help rebounding the ball. Briscoe and Willis have to get 15 rebounds between the two of them.

This is where I had Kentucky exiting. I see no reason to alter that. While I was encouraged by Kentucky's performance without a dominant Monk or Fox today - in that they won a scenario most of us thought they'd certainly lose in - UCLA is just another animal. Those guys hit shots. Wichita State could scarcely throw it in the ocean in the first half with wide open shots.

I agree, rebounding will be very important for them to win.

If true the the Ball family is pathetic especially the dad.

Lonzo Ball's mother had a stroke, Lavar won't let his boys see their mom
Also, Tina Ball, his wife had a stroke on Feb 21. She had life threatening skull surgery to relieve brain pressure – guess where Lavar was during the operation that could have k!lled his wife? – at the CHHS vs. LB Poly game with his sons, including Lonzo. He still has not allowed his kids to see their sick mother due to the media attention it would bring to him, and cause BBB sales to diminish. [Name of hospital] in [City of hospital], CA – Tina is there now and he only visits for 1 hour a few days a week, while her Mother has yet to leave her side. Pathetic!!!

Please pound the rock inside to Bam. I know we need to do it, commentators know, Cal knows, everyone knows. Just do it.

Be great if the IU job became a major distraction for the Bruins. Between that and maybe Ball's dad saying some more idiotic things. It could happen.

It only seems to make them better. Ball was great tonight.
