Randy, Lincoln Rhyme series or start the WD comic book series? I will probably get to both eventually but how do you rank?

Has anybody read anything by Michael Koryta?

I saw this book advertised here on BGP & read a little about it because of the praise from Dean Koontz. I'm very intrigued by it & was wondering if anyone had read some of his previous works.

Read "Growing Up Hard in Harlan County" by G.C. Jones today. Interesting look back at the area during the coal wars and the Depression.

Right now reading up on "Switching to Mac - the Missing Manual, Lion edition".
I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new MacBook Pro, had to special order the hi-res anti glare screen.
Has anyone else read/used any of the Missing Manual series, they are pretty good. I first got an iPhone one years ago with my iPhone 3G. Then got an iPad one, now the Switching to Mac, and office for Mac as I learn to use Mac OS X.

I've heard some people say they believe the series regressed as it went on. I felt like Catching Fire was just as good as The Hunger Games.

Got some from the library. Missing a few of the first ones, but have put reserve requests on them. When I asked the librarian about the comic books, she said, "Oh you mean Graphic Novels?" Yes of course! That sounds so much more sophisticated!

I've been busy the last week, so I'm only about half way but I think Catching Fire is a good read also. I'm glad I finally decide to read these books.

Just started reading the A Song of Ice and Fire series. Got through A Game of Thrones this past weekend, now about halfway through A Clash of Kings. If anyone were to spoil anything in these books for me I would probably start crying.
