My vote is hands down to the NBC Thursday night lineup that had:
Cosby Show
Family Ties
Cheers
Night Court
And either LA Law/Hill Street Blues.
Any other contenders?

I'll have to go with the NBC Thursday nights that included
Friends
Seinfeld
ER
I don't remember the 8:30 and 9:30 shows.

I can't remember back too far, but CBS has had a stong Monday night lineup for years from 8 to 10.

that is definitely one of the top ones. These days, I can't think of any night that deserves mention. However, I don't follow network TV the way I used to.

Sundays for me with the HBO lineups have caught my attention in year's past with The Sopranos, True Blood, Entourage, Six Feet Under, etc. I have never been a big network TV guy.

This is definitely a winner. If you go back further, I seem to remember a line-up of:
Mary Tyler Moore
Bob Newhart Show
MASH
The Jeffersons
And something else?
Anyone remember if these shows appeared together, and if so, what else was on with them?

The Sunday night line ups on HBO have always been great. Unfortunately I don't think The Wire and The Sopranos were ever on the same nights or that would be the clear cut #1 for me (and probably the single greatest run of programming in TV history). If I could remember what other shows came on with those two then I could probably determine a #1. But The Sopranos would have had to have some great accompaniment to overtake The Wire and anything. The only show I can think of off the top of my head that might have a chance is Six Feet Under (which actually might have happened).
On a side note...there should be a site that allows you to put a channel and date to see what all came on that particular date.
