The name escapes me right now but off of the Mineola Pike exit off I-275 near Hebron is the best IMO. It starts with a J......
Benihana's is pretty good but of course that isn't their specialty.

Hananoki's on Richmond Road near Hooters usually has good sushi in Lexington.

The one off Mineola Pike was opened there because of the Toyota Plant and from what I hear is the best. JD

Kobe on Harrodsburg Rd. Also has great things for people who aren't big sushi fans.
