PS3 price cut

Just saw where they might cut the price by $100 in Aug before Madden comes out. Just thought I'd give you the heads up in case you are close to buying one.

Thanks Stick! I was going to get one last month but I changed my mind and wanted a car lol

It's a sweet deal with the Blueray.

I was actually shocked when they didn't announce a price cut at E3. The 360 is rumored to get a cut as well, but if the PS3 actually cuts it by $100, I might actually buy it finally. I'm most intrigued by the PS3 Slim rumors, which would be excellent. I hate the size of it now.

So how much they cost now?

Currently $399. After the rumored price cut $299.

They have had this rumor since April. Well at least when I first heard about it. I am planning on buying one whenever the price cut happens, if it does.

I bought mine last year and had heard the rumor for months before that, I got mine after I was tired of watching my blu-rays collect dust, great deal regardless for the added on blu-ray.
