I have a buddy running 100 miles as we speak. I'll get details later. The wife did the Susan Komen walk for the cure. 60 miles over 3 days. She said it was tough but trained pretty hard for it.

I have an update on my buddy. The race started at 4:00 yesterday afternoon. As of 9:25 this morning he had completed 67 miles. He is also sporting a shark outfit. He completed the pig one year with a 9 foot shark outfit. This is a new outfit which I have not seen yet, but it was made for running somehow.
That is roughly 15 minute miles or 4 miles per hour.

I haven't been reading the entire thread so I don't know if this was posted. But I doubt this guy's accomplishments can be beat.

Well Marc didn't finish the 100 miles. He did 33 in 6 hours. Just basicly said sometimes you aren't feeling it and that this was not his last time attempting a distance run.
Nothing but respect for him!He knows what he is doing.
