Do you drink pop/soda?
Really, pop (which is what I tend to call it) was all I use to ever drink. I've never liked water (SmartWater is the exception) and milk tends to make me sick, unless it is chocolate.
With that said, two weeks ago tomorrow I stopped drinking pop. Went cold turkey because I was starting p90x. I had a drink of a Mountain Dew on Sunday and it just didn't taste as enticing as it use to seem to.
With that said, do you drink pop? If not, did you use to a decide to stop?
I lost 7 pounds in the first three days simply from p90x and no pop.

Diet Coke at the office. I really don't drink many soda pops at home. Fortunately, I can do a lot of my work away from the office, so it helps me avoid overdoing it like I did today, when I drank four of them over a nine-hour span.

I used to drink a ton of Pepsi but about a month ago I stopped when I started my diet. I drank half a small pepsi at the movies last weekend but I really haven't had many cravings for them and I am a man who loves his Pepsi. I drink a lot of water, milk, and sugar free Kool-aid.

I drink Diet Dr. Pepper, and I probably drink too much.
I've cut back on it lately, and I hope to cut back on it even more eventually.

I drink diet drinks exclusively, and there's really no benefit (in my mind anyway) to stopping that. Switching from regular to diet had a huge positive effect on my waistline when I did it.

I drink my share of diet pop. Used to be regular pop until I was diagnosed with diabetes several years ago. Not the worst case ever, but a fasting blood sugar of 450 was enough to wake me up.

My daughter was told in the 7th grade that pop wasn't all that good for her. Hasn't had one in 7 years.

I drink diet coke at work. We have 2 one gallon containers of unsweetened tea at home. Everyone who drinks the tea uses sweet n low/and or lemon to flavor their tea. Iced tea is my coffee when I wake up in the morning.

I've never liked the taste of diet drinks.
I quit cold turkey. I had a few headaches, but nothing unbearable.
