Broke My Ankle
again for the second time in two years. The same one...this is dumb.

Now I have to crutch around campus for a few weeks. Last time I broke it I hated walking from class to class in my high school. Now I have to walk through campus? Seriously? Kill me now...

Do the PT hard and intense. I know it may not seem like it is helping, but it will.

Bless your heart. Agree on the PT, do as instructed.

Same for me, and I did not take it seriously when I was injured in high school and reinjured it in college. Fortunately for me, they made me take it seriously in college. All the low impact, stretching and flexing and rubber band work etc. may seem like it is doing very little, but it really does work. Very hard to stay focused on something that seems so trivial, but like Nike says, JUST DO IT!

Like I said, after I schooled the guy, I was watching the layup that was going around the rim. While looking up I wasn't watching where I was going haha.
I think he was "walkin it out" after his first slam dunk!
Heal fast brother! Thanks guys. Once I heal from this I know I'll be out there schoolin more guys again, thoughBM, I hope it isn't too long you are out but this time, how about staying away from the bball games.

I'm 54 and the only time I ever hurt an ankle was playing basketball. Not a break, but close.
Do what the experts tell you to.

I'm sorry, BM. That really sucks! Hang in there and like everyone said, make sure you rehab it correctly. Believe me, on the north side of 30 you start to feel all those "little injuries" you had through the years piling up.
