Default Any recommendations for in home day care (Florence/Hebron/Burlington)

My mother in law has recently had some health issues and we are in a quandry. Anyone have any suggestions or recommend anyone in this area of Boone County? Day care is outrageous and we have to make a decision soon.

Are you talking in regards to home health care?

    If so, try Comfort Keepers.

I took it that his mother in law was his baby sitter, and can no longer do it because of health issues.

I know of a couple Florence families who said they had success getting connected with child care providers on carenet.com

My father requires 24/7 care. Mrs. S takes care of him during the day, and I take care of mornings, nighttime, and weekends.

If we wish to go out (visiting the grandkids, football games, ... , etc.) we use Griswold Home Care. They run about $15.50 and hour and will do other things besides patient aid, like laudry, dishes, cooking, and house cleaning. However, they are not nurses, but CNAs. They cannot dole out drugs, unless pre-staged, or give breathing treatments that require measured doses.

Problem is, the closest one to you is in West Chester and I don't know whether they can cross state lines.

I did happen to find this place, though. Senior Helpers in Florence .

I don't know if that is the exact website. But I heard a couple moms saying they had succss. If that website does not work for you, I will be happy to ask them for more details on how they found childcare.

Two-month-old baby girl who holds the strings to your heart. Take a deep breath. It's going to be ok.

If you know any social workers that work for the state talk to them. They will know all the dirt on any day cares in your area.
