    Today was last day of CrossFit Open.

    Workout 19.5 was:
    - Thrusters and Chest To Bar Pullups (thrusters are at 95 lbs male / 65 lbs female)
    - Rep scheme 33-27-21-15-9

    I made it to 6 pull-ups in the round of 21. I like the workout and felt like I performed well (for me).

    So I took off work early on Friday and played golf instead of doing this demon of a workout. It doesn't take much to talk me out of doing thrusters.

    Workout number 50 today.
    Cardio and Biceps, with one back and two ab exercises thrown in.(In my case gut not ab's).

    Even though I was having stomach issues, I still hit the gym.
    I was able to get the 85 dumbbell's (Bench) for 3 sets of ten, which means I move back up to the 90's next week.

    Got five days in again this week, but only cardio on three. I usually do cardio four of the five days.

    Just when things were going well, the back flares up and I have missed three straight days. Hope to be back at it this weekend. Means I will only get four days this week. Hopefully do six next week to get back the missing day.
