No problem. I just don't want it thought that we are somehow eccentric or weird. It's just when I leave a situation that causes me anxiety, it is a physical and mental relief.

While I have this option, I don't try to abuse the privilege. I see both sides as I can be very productive while I'm working at home, but certainly can be very un-productive.

I find that I miss a lot of day-to-day happenings at the plants I cover while I'm working from home. (I'm sure this could be changed, if I were told I could work from home full-time)

I work from home 3-4 days a week. Since I have been back in Mortgage biz after a 3 yr hiatus I pretty much run my own business. Going into our office is primarily to see my assistants and shoot the breeze with my Branch MGR and fellow loan officers.

Most of my days are on appointments with Realtors though having coffee or lunch and the occasional beer for Happy Hour.

Downside of working from home is knowing when to stop working and feeling like you are goofing off if you take the dog for a walk or run to Krogers at 10am.

I am somewhat envious of those who have the possibility of working from home. If you don't mind, can those of you that work from home share what line of business your are in or the type of company you work for?
