    Went with my standard salad of lettuce, raisins, feta cheese, almonds, oil, and vinegar; rotisserie chicken; and for dessert had Greek Yogurt with a tablespoon of peanut butter powder and honey.

    Exactly what you think it is. Gives a peanut butterish type flavor with about a quarter of the calories.

    Can I go to Kroger and buy that? I'll give it a try, I love peanut butter, but yeah it's not very good for me.

    Should be able to. I get mine in the PB section at Wal-Mart.

    I agree! I really enjoy food. I pity people that canít enjoy good meals. Those that go on the crazy shake diets,etc. Work out, pick and choose your good meals, but donít sacrifice too much.
