I passed snobbish a LONG time ago. But I don't really care what other people drink. But it's to the point where I'm choosing against places to eat that don't have cool beer.

Similar for me. I don't drink a lot when I drink. Quality is #1 for me even if it's expensive.

I like to think of myself as an enthusiast. Saw this helpful illustration some time ago:

Once you stop saying things like this...you have a shot at getting into the snob of the month club....seriously, you should stop doing this to yourself...someone could hand you a Hamm's or something

Yea, I'm definitely more in the enthusiast crowd if this picture is accurate.

Saw that on Facebook for the first time last night and thought it was really funny. Definitely enthusiast if that's how it is defined.

Guns ( I can afford quality weapons instead of the clackity junk ). Fishing reels (same as guns, only probably moreso). Chevy Trucks (had one Ford, learned my lesson).

Beach sand. If/when I pay the money and take the time to go, give me Destin beach sand or Cancun beach sand.
Gummi Bears. Haribo or nothing at all.
Authors. It's really hard for me to pick a book unless it's Patterson, Baldacci, Coben, or Child.
    Gym shoes. Saucony or nothing.

Not a bad listing at all. But....I have a question. Who calls them gym shoes? Is that still a thing? Am I on the outs? Haven't heard them called gym shoes since the last time I watched the "Hoosiers" movie. (just funnin with ya btw)

I didn't read all the review but why did you stay there to start with? There are definitely better places in Mt Vernon.

I and thinking really hard and trying to find something that I am snobbish about and I haven't been able to yet. I can go with the flow and be ok on everything I have seen listed so far. There are many things that I have preferences on but if I can't get my preference I am ok with a substitute
