    Watermelon: Salt or No Salt?

Pretty clear what Iím looking for here. Do you want your sweet, juicy melons ruined by salt or not?

With salt. I don't put salt on any foods except melons (watermelon, cantalope, etc.).

Don’t eat watermelon. A touch of salt on cantaloupe for sure.

I don't salt it, but it seems that everyone I know does.

Salt is for Margaritas - not watermelon.

For those saying no salt on melon, do you add salt to any foods?

Thanks. I was curious, for the no salt on melon people, if it was anti salt on anything or an anti salt on melon thing.

I tested this again last night. The salted watermelon won the battle.

I was raised to put salt on my watermelon. A few years ago, I tried sugar and that was a game changer. Anyone else put sugar on their watermelon?

I like salt, just not on melon.

On the opposite. I don't get people who order a margarita with no salt.
