    He's talking about the stock market. For example, I have a decent number of shares in Apple. It's way down. It is a good time to buy if you're "long" i.e. you believe there is growth ahead and it's a good stock to own. You can buy relatively cheaply.

    Kind of agree, particularly energy stocks. I've lost thousands of dollars this month but it could have been worse.
