    Silver-lake Family Place

Just got a membership to Silverlake in Erlanger. It's a pretty nice place. I wanted to start swimming so I thought I would start off small and build my way up. I figured, "I'll do six laps on my first day and try to add one lap every other day." After three laps I said to myself "I'll do three laps my first day and try to add a lap every other day."

Swimming seemed easier when I was younger.

I swim every other night at Town and Country in Wilder. It's always fun to see people hop in and out within 5 minutes thinking it'll be easy.

Exhaustive exercise for sure. Riding a bike is harder too.
