    If it was a criminal conspiracy then I agree but if it was ineptitude I don't see how there would be any violation of law on the part of the supervisor.

    However, no question the supervisor, and maybe a couple of supers up the chain, should be fired.

    For the record I don't think any of them should be prosecuted. But I sure as hell would be wanting to fire the person he reported to.

    I have mixed feelings on a "judgment" but that is a civil remedy. A prosecution is criminal and often doesn't include any legal authority for restitution. In other words, the company isn't being rewarded, they actually would be put to work to make a case while at the same time helping prosecute an obvious criminal.

    He obviously did the work just fine. He did it for six years with not one complaint from his supervisors . Hell, he did it SO well he was up for an award for his service...
