Gas prices jumped up to 2.99 in this area.

That's 1 dollar higher than they were back in 2017.

So what is the reason that gas prices in the Greater Cincinnati area are so much higher than areas within an hours drive?

    Consider it a bargain, that's .50 to $1 a gallon cheaper than from 2011-2014.

I really hate high gas prices. Every time it goes up, I tell myself I am buying a VW Beetle diesel that gets 50mpg. My $100 fill ups twice a week was killing me.

They are more reactive towards the fear mongering the oil bulls produce. All stations eventually catch up to it eventually.
