I hate being out during freezing rain. Hoping the temps stay warmer than they're forecasting.

That sucks. Had been planning on going to Columbus either Saturday or Sunday. Looks like Saturday is completely out now. @nWo do you think temps will warm up enough to make Sunday a possibility?

To be honest, I don't know why they issued this advisory so early. Both the NAM and GFS are now showing the freezing rain going north of Kentucky. Temps in the Cincinnati area look to be in the mid to upper 30s for highs and all rain on Saturday. The freezing rain accumulations look to be around the I-70 corridor or just a little south of there. The temps around Columbus look to hang around freezing. Sunday temps look to be in mid to upper 30s. So if you go Saturday just be careful.

It seems that this advisory has been cancelled. At least for NKY.

    Thanks @nWo

I have been watching the Weather too and my App (I assume that we all have) dumped the Freezing Rain part.

You're welcome. I really was surprised that this advisory was issued this morning. The model trends were all pointing to this going north of Kentucky.
