How is every one doing?
Me 4 days a week, so far this year.
Well until this week.
With mom under going lung surgery to remove cancer and me giving my niece rides, I only got three days this week.
I still could have squeezed four days in this week but, Yesterday I added standing military presses behind the neck to my workout.
Being I have not done this exercise for years, I thought starting with 100 pounds would be a good starting point. The weight was lite but I pulled something on the right side of my neck and shoulder. The pain was bad yesterday and then let up a little. This morning when I woke up around four, it was worse and now it hurts so bad, its ticking me off.Advertisement

You might want to consider eliminating the behind the neck military press from your routine.

Pushing up or pulling down weights behind your neck can create serious shoulder injuries.

My wife got the body beast beach workout dvds and she started these last week. I bit the bullet last night and did the first workout and did the leg workout this morning. I didn't realize how out of shape sitting at a desk weekly has made me. I'm sore as heck today, but I'm going to stick with it as long as she does. It really helps to push me to get up and do the workout when I see she's already marked them off her list.

Hit the gym for the first time in a couple of weeks. Too much travel. 41 minutes on the elliptical and than a few planks.

I am about ready to do one of the dumber things I have ever done. I am planning to run three marathons in 5 weeks.

Mar 22, 16, 01:16 PM #10I had to slow down a little during March Madness but I'm back to 5 days a week this week.
I'm gonna swim all day 'til the swimming's done.
