Current College Student ScholarshipsI was curious to know if any one had any information on where I could possibly find scholarships to apply for as a current college student. I have researched the internet multiple times and I cannot find a reliable website yet to apply to. Thanks.Advertisement

I'm not sure what schools you are looking at, but most students I know pay for college with their awarded Merit Scholarship at whatever school and use FAFSA, if applicable.

There was some sort of app that you could download that was on Shark Tank that is specifically for digging up scholarships you are eligible for. I always found mine in my department's website through UKY.edu.

Go ask your school counselor. Contact the financial aid office at whatever school you choose. Also, keep an eye out for local businesses or groups that offer scholarships.

Maybe even approach local churches. I know some, although this is a rural area, that will give someone $500 or $1000 for very minor handy work. I mean, when I was in high school, I had a friend who got $800 towards school, for mowing the church yard for June and July before he went to college. Once a week, took maybe an hour with their mower and their gas.
There's a lot of stuff out there if you are committed to it.
