There is nothing better looking than a clean black car. But, if you're lazy or don't like keeping your car clean, black isn't for you.

White is definitely much easier to keep looking clean than a dark car.

Well, I sure have been put in my place. The real problem is that it doesn't rank high enough to get garage space. Still gets cleaned every 4/5 days. But, a Tahoe is a lot of car for an old man to wash and there is no carwash in A-town.

Bring it to me, I’ll wash it for you.

The order of colors in the Poll Question is the order of popularity in the US. White is far and away the most popular car color followed closely by silver.

I like a white car but the problem I had with a previous one was the black road tar that got slung all over the lower rocker panels. It really shows on a white vehicle. WD-40 cuts it right off and you have to get the WD-40 off the surface right away. Heck, I was doing the clean-off weekly.

I've got a little bit of that on my car, but not too much. I've heard about the WD-40 trick but haven't tried it yet.

We own 4 vehicles 3 of which are white. I also like silver for the reasons others have mentioned.

Works pretty well. Just remember to wash the WD-40 off the finish ASAP.
