    Budweiser Freedom Reserve Red Lager

    Anyone tried it?

It says on the package Budweiser is giving money to families of American Veterans so I couldn't resist trying a new Budweiser product (new to me).

I drink about any kind of beer and like it just fine, I especially like Budweiser and Bud Light Platinum but the Freedom Reserve Red Lager tasted a little bitter to me.

Anyone else tried and if so what did you think?

I usually avoid BMC but I picked up a six pack of this in the fall. I actually thought it was pretty good.

Had one of these last weekend. It was better than I was expecting, but not something I'd get again if I had other craft options.

Got a buddy on a no wheat diet who is going to give it a try since I told him about this thread.

I just finished the whole 12, a beer here and a beer there, and it kind of grew on me but I with you, I would choose something else.

I've got a six pack among my cache of beers. I haven't got around to trying it yet.

BY calling it Freedom, are they just trying to capitalize by playing the patriotic card?
I noticed they mention the scholarships they give. Probably pick up a few bonus drinkers by doing so?
