    2 ways to eat it.
summer; for lunch--thin slices with a thin slice of a very ripe tomato, pepper and a little yellow mustard. Bread must be super fresh.
Winter; for breakfast --thick cut fried. Add an egg or some banana peppers to it.

I can't remember the last time I had it, but same here.

I have it occasionally. All 7 of the grandkids LOVE it. The lovely lady despises it and just can't believe they ask for a bologna sandwich. I like it fried, cold, mustard or mayo on either. On white bread. I also add cheese to both the cold and fried.

I too had it almost every day growing up when I wasn't in school. I had to eat school lunches. Mom would not let me pack.

Hofbräuhaus Newport had a nice, thick cut fried bologna that was outstanding. I haven't had it in a long time, if they even still have it.

I don't eat it too often, but I'll eat every which way you can. Fried, cold, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. It Saul Goodman.

Only if it's fried. No mayo, just cheese.

Favorite way: thin sliced on dark rye with american cheese, tomato, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper.
I'll also eat it fried on toasted bread with yellow mustard, or just rolled up with a squirt of ketchup right down the middle.
If I could still eat it, a thin slice of onion on either is really good.
    And it must be Kahn's.

I like it pretty much anyway you want to fix it.

My favorite is prolly - fried w/ a fried egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on good soft white bread (not toasted)

Oddly enough, if I'm just having a bologna sandwich, I like it with lettuce, tomato, and mustard. Bread toasted.

This, but its getting harder to find super fresh bread.

It's hard to imagine, but there is definitely some bad Bologna. I try to stick to Kahns also.
