Lots of choices...which one is the best, not necessarily the cheapest. Who do you trust?

Wife uses Hirlinger Chevrolet in IN....A bit further than most, but have always been more than satisfied with their service.

I'm partial to Jake Sweeney in Tri-County. Good honest people.

Grant County doesn't qualify to some as NKY, but Piles Chevrolet in Dry Ridge has done all service on my vehicle for the past 5-6 years. No complaints here.

I will agree with @SnottieDrippen, most of their advanced techs have been there for over 10 years or more. They have had to hire some new ones due to the increased volume they keep getting.

Only time I would go a dealership is if it was warranty work.

We still are. The OP asked for a Chevy service dept. and there aren't many of those detached from the dealership.
