In my personal opinion if you have to do one workout for the rest of your life it should be kettlebell swings. Great workout that is low impact.

One of the guys at my gym did something similar a couple of years ago with a 24kg. We don't have any 28 so it was either that or a 32. He did 10,000 in 30 days. I love KB swings

Starting a new round of healthy habits today. Had a shake for breakfast. Spinach, frozen strawberries, flax seed, scoop of Shakeology, almond milk, water for consistency.

Screwed my back up yesterday helping a friend move a gun safe. Going to be out of commission for a while.

How active are you? Do you lift and sprint? If not, this is about as easy of a way to lose weight as I have EVER found and I have tried everything.

Mark's Daily Apple. Look at the Primal Blueprint. I did it before a Jiu Jitsu tournament in 2016 and it worked wonders b/c you aren't hungry and it isn't a diet. It is just a change in the way that you get your calories. Effortless fat loss. If you lift a lot and sprint a lot, you will need to make tweaks.

I’m going to try to lift 2-3 times a week and do some cardio. But it’s not going to be a bulking type of lifting, and I’m looking at 30 mins of cardio max...

Last year with three physical/medical things that happened to me, I missed around 15 weeks in the gym and then add to the fact I got lazy, really lazy, my total trips to the gym only totaled 102.

This year I am hoping for a healthy non lazy year, which will add to my total lifts. My goal for last year was 100 trips to the gym. Yes I hit it, but never realized how lazy one could be and still hit that number.

So my goals are to not get lazy this year, especially during the high school football season. I need to hit 4 days a week during the season.

To make 150 trips to the gym.

Other than that, I have not set anything else as far as gym goals goes.

7th day in a row of running a minimum of a mile. Underestimated the weather. Thought it’s 2:30pm only a little over a mile. 10 minutes in 19F is a bad idea.
