Might that be a case in a future Louisville courtroom? The Louisville club volleyball scene has heated up just in time for tryouts at the end of this month. Looks like the next meeting between MAVA and Union may be in a court I a different sort.
Apparently, it looks like MAVA has closed a deal on some property to give it some more court space. Unfortunately, the property just happens to be the Optimum Sports Complex--home of Union Volleyball. While MAVA posts on their website that they now have more court space for their club, Union has posted that they have the court space under contract through this year. Lawyers are involved reportedly.
MAVA has had a rough go the last couple of years, and Union has experienced much growth. Can it be that if you can't beat them on the court, you buy the court out from under them? Maybe we can get Judge Judy to preside?
